The first step is to understand where your business is now and what you want to achieve. We can do this initial free consultation face-to-face, over the phone or on a video call.
Some of the things we’ll want to know are:

- How do you currently acquire new customers?
- What areas do you cover?
- Does your business use any social media platforms?
- What is your average profit per sale and average lifetime customer value?
- What percentage of enquiries result in sales / new customers?

Some business owners initially just want a website so they have some form of online presence to refer people to. But, after crunching the numbers, most realise that by investing in the right marketing activities, the uplift in profits can far outweigh the marketing costs.

Once we have an outline plan and costs have been agreed, we’ll collect any other information we need from you. This includes business information like opening hours, specialty services, areas you work, photos, social media accounts, contact details and so on.
